Independent Living

At Nashville Christian Towers, every 550 square-foot apartment is designed with the comfort and safety of our residents in mind. It is our goal to promote independent living and quality care, with an understanding of individual privacy, dignity, and self-worth. Each apartment is comprised of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, making it spacious enough to provide a comfortable home, but small enough to manage easily. Once residents move in, they are free to individualize their living space—to make it feel like home! Our apartments also include the following:

• Air conditioning
• Heating
• Closet space
• Carpeting
• Blinds

Rent is based on income, and includes electricity, water, and a 24-hour emergency call system. Telephone and cable access is also available, with monthly service being funded by each individual resident.

In addition to secure, independent living apartments, residents of NCT can enjoy common areas where they can do laundry, participate in planned activities, play games—or just sit and enjoy a cup of coffee with a close friend. Parking is available for residents and visitors, who are warmly received by supportive staff in our newly remodeled lobby.

Programs and Services for Independent Living

Nashville Christian Towers provides free transportation on a scheduled basis to grocery stores, shopping centers, doctor visits and more. NCT also provides a beauty shop within our facility for men and women to schedule hair appointments. At NCT, our programs and services are geared toward assisting residents and meeting their needs, as well as fostering an environment where seniors can enjoy an active life of independence.
