Our community is proudly owned and managed by Envolve LLC, a vertically integrated multifamily real estate company. We are continuously developing better ways to serve our residents and owners, with a particular focus on three key programs that serve to lift up and sustain communities: The Envolve Resident Lunch Program, Envolve Wellness Program, and The Get Envolved Foundation.

Resident Lunch Program

The Envolve Resident Lunch Program feeds communities and supports local economies. Each quarter, Envolve LLC selects several of its properties to treat to lunch (which includes all residents and staff).

We have partnered with a personal trainer to provide weekly wellness tips to our team members and residents. Envolve Wellness tips may include physical workouts, healthy recipes, and motivational messages.
